A massive dust storm recently slammed into Lubbock, Texas, downing power lines and leaving many in awe.
However, Texas isn’t the only state that’s susceptible to this type of storm. Back in July, an enormous dust storm engulfed Phoenix, Arizona, the likes of which few had ever seen.
A team of oil cleanup experts has developed a machine that skims oil out of water at an efficiency rate unheard of within the industry. And in doing so, have won a pretty hefty prize. They won a cool $1 million for their creation.

Italo Fernandes Romano lost his limbs when he was 13 years old in a train accident as a teenager. But the 23 year old, of Curitiba in Brazil, refused to let it get him down. Just a few years after he took up skateboarding, he is rated one of the best in the business. And he has performed his stunning tricks in tournaments across the world. Romano’s rise to fame has been documented by photographer Ricardo Porva. He said: “When I first saw Italo I was amazed and I noticed, despite his disability, he had a great style.”
Crystal Shea says: Make sure to use copy paper and a laser print copy- it works best this way. Also, to those who are having issues getting all the paper residue off, here’s a tip: get as much paper as you can off, then wet the image with water again so the paper is no longer visible, then apply the mod podge before it’s dry. I found this helps for me.
