But in 2011, these construction engineers in London swapped vests for high-visibility jackets and safety harnesses as they ate out on a 755ft (230m) tall building.

In the dark early morning hours, New York City was illuminated with the tower of One World Trade Center rising up, illuminated in red, white and blue to the left, the Statue of Liberty in the center and the Tribute in Light on the right, where the Twin Towers once stood.

NYS Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that the World Trade Center site and the State Capitol will fly this flag above during the 10th anniversary of 9/11.
The flag, pictured above, features the silhouetted World Trade Center towers inside of the Pentagon, with the words “We Remember” underneath and surrounded by 40 gold stars, representing those who were killed on United Flight 93 in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
