Rowan Atkinson, the British actor best known as Mr. Bean and/or Edmund Blackadder, was injured in a car accident yesterday on the A605 in Haddon, Cambridgeshire.
According to an incident report, the 56-year-old Atkinson lost control of his $1m McLaren F1 supercar and struck a tree, causing the vehicle to catch fire.
He currently at Peterborough District Hospital recovering from a minor shoulder injury, but is expected to be released today.
